It was a good choice that i move to this clinic. The dentist is so good, honest and very calm. The clinic is very clean. The assistants were friendly.

I have serious dental problems and I am looking for a new dentist because trust in my current dentist has been broken by poor communication and dentistry.

So I contacted dental practice Goyarts and spoke with the assistant. After a short conversation in which I explained my situation and verbally presented the current state of my teeth, the assistant indicated that she did not want to register me.

Although I am not experiencing any pain yet, I would like to prevent this. Instead of my teeth being looked at with urgency at all, this practice also makes me wait while the teeth in my mouth break off and the infection can spread further to the rest of my teeth.

Since all dentists in the region are full and have waiting lists that run for months, I have little choice but to sit at home with my complaints and look in the mirror every day to see how my teeth are deteriorating little by little. (As if that isn't going to generate more work than they are now trying to save themselves.)

I need help, but got the impression that there are other priorities than dentistry. I can call back in a month and a half, that's the only guarantee I could get over the phone that I can call.

What stings me the most is the suggestion that I would be on the phone with pain complaints tomorrow if she would register me, because she was "afraid" of that. Apparently even a referral to an oral surgeon is not an option.

This is my very disappointing preliminary review for Dental Practice Goyarts.
